KISS-DU organized Soft Skills Training Programme Series #1 on the interpersonal Communication and Leadership Skills theme on 3rd January 2018. Professor Siddharth Sankar Harichandan, Career Advisory and Augmentation Services (CAAS), KIIT-DU, was invited as the resource person for the event. Senior functionaries of KISS-DU graced the session.
Speaking on the occasion, Professor Harichandan highlighted that strong and healthy interpersonal communication skills will benefit people in expressing
their thoughts and emotions and inculcate a sense of empathy. This will make them resilient, contributing to professional ethics and a conducive work environment. While throwing light on Leadership Skills, he said that Strategic thinking, time management, flexibility and delegating work are critical skills needed to become a successful leader.
