The Executive Council is the principal organ and the apex body of KISS-DU. It is the final decision-making body with the power to make the institution’s academic, administrative, personnel, financial and development rules.
The academic council of KISS-DU is the principal academic body of the institution. It acts as a binding force between the student community, the faculty, and the management in order to facilitate the teaching-learning process.
The Finance Committee oversees the annual accounts and financial estimates of the institution, recommends the annual budget and submits the revised estimates to the Board of Management for their approval.
