KISS Higher Secondary School, Bhubaneswar, was the site of a successful interactive mentoring session on 18th August 2023. The session was organised by the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of KISS Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, in association with the Centre for Indigenous Innovation and Entrepreneurship as a part of their One Day Innovation and Entrepreneurship Outreach Program in schools.
Dr. Sthabir Khora, Director of Academics KISS DU, inspired the students with his speech on entrepreneurship and business values. He emphasised the importance of giving back to the community and never forgetting one’s roots.
Dr. G.S Beriha, Coordinator of IIC, and other IIC members of KISS DU attended the event. They interacted with the students, discussing the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship in everyday life. The students were given a perspective on how innovation works by peer group demonstrations and innovative models were built and exhibited by the students of KISS DU.
The event was a great success under Dr. Snigdharani Panda, President of IIC. The session introduced the students to entrepreneurship and innovation and inspired them to become future leaders.
