Under the Soft Skills Training Programme Series (SSTPS#3), KISS-DU organized a session on Collaboration and Teamwork on 12th February 2020. Dr. Kaish Q. Khan,
KIIT School of Management, KIIT-DU, delivered an interactive talk. The event received an overwhelming response from the KISS-DU fraternity.
KISS-DU has been working on grooming and training students and honing their employability skills. Dr. Kaish Khan, through immersive and innovative pedagogy, stressed the importance of teamwork and how collaborative techniques contribute to creating a stress-free work environment. He added that the aim or goal should be the same. It is a formalized process of doing a particular task and recognizing the expertise and talent of an individual team member. Dr. Khan added that such a strategy is either done to solve a problem or to co-create something new. He also spoke on the importance and significance of teamwork and conducted team-building exercises to help students gain practical experience.
The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks to the resource person, participants and the organizing team.
