SDG 17: Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development
- Strengthen domestic resource mobilization
- Developed nations should fulfill their obligations to provide official development aid (ODA/GNI) to poor nations
- Assist developing countries in attaining long-term debt sustainability
- Adopt and implement investment promotion regimes for least developed countries
- Enhance North-South, South-South and triangular regional and international cooperation on and access to science, technology and innovation and enhance knowledge sharing on mutually agreed terms.
- Promote the development, transfer, dissemination and diffusion of environmentally sound technologies to developing countries on favourable terms.
- Fully operationalize the technology bank and science, technology and innovation capacity-building mechanism for least developed countries by 2017 and enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology.
- Enhance international support for implementing effective and targeted capacity-building in developing countries to support national plans to implement all the Sustainable Development Goals.
- Promote a universal, rules-based, open, non-discriminatory and equitable multilateral trading system under the World Trade Organization.
- Significantly increase the exports of developing countries

Activities Undertaken
Domestic resource mobilization in the form of KISS-KISS-DU also forged partnerships with community-based extra-ordinary talented persons (Professors of Practice) for cultural revitalization. The university has inked MoUs and Collaborations with reputed national and international universities, institutes, UN agencies, Civil Society organizations, and centres to achieve the Goals.

- Domestic resource mobilization in the form of ‘KISS-KIIT Financial Model’ ecosystem, which caters to sustainable socio-economic development.
- KISS envisages and multi-stakeholder partnerships for instance with UN bodies, civil society organizations, foundations and corporates to synergise human development.
