KISS-DU Scholar brings laurels for the University

Bikram Biruli, a research scholar of School of Indigenous Knowledge Science and Technology (Computer Science Programme) has made the University proud by winning the Odisha Startup Yatra 2.0. He was felicitated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri. Naveen Patnaik at the Make In Odisha Conclave 2022 (30^th Nov to 4^th Dec 2022) with a cheque of Rs 1 lakh. He was also the 1^st Runners up of the Open Boot Camp organized by KIIT TBI.

Bikram desires to initiate a 24*7 News Channel and Print Media for Tribals in Native Languages and has started The HO Samaj LIVE. He endeavours to convert it into a Satellite TV Channel and Newspaper for the tribal Community, hence enabling easy and quick access to news and information.

The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Senior Functionaries and the entire fraternity of KISS-DU joined in congratulating him and wished him all the luck in his future endeavour.
