Dr. Debidatta Behera, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, under School of Indigenous Knowledge Science and Technology (SIKST), KISS-DU featured in the Standford/Elsevier’s list of top 2% scientists for the year 2024-25. The list is considered the most prestigious worldwide, comprising the top 1 lakh researchers from more than 22 scientific fields and 174 sub fields.
This recognition is a testament to the world-class research and innovation happening at KISS-DU. Dr. Behera’s dedication and commitment to research continues to elevate our University’s global standing. The list developed by Standford University in collaboration with Elsevier, uses Scopus citation data up to
the end of 2024. Scientists are ranked on a composite citation score that accounts for authorship, co-authorship adjustments and self-citations, ensuring fairer evaluation of influence.
