KISS Deemed to be University organized an awareness programme on Professional Ethics, Code of Conduct, Human Rights, Values, Institutional Policies and Opportunities for faculty and staff on 7th May 2019.
Professor Jugal Kisore Mishra, Director Internal Quality Assurance Cell, KISS-DU addressed the faculty members and non-teaching staff on the importance of institutional policies. He added that an employee should ensure compliance, ethical norms, best practices, quality operational efficiencies, collectively achieving and enhancing the university’s vision and mission. Professor Mishra concluded by saying that framing and implementing institutional polices take employees a step closer to accomplishing both the short term and long term goals of the university.
The session concluded with a Vote of Thanks to the resource person and the organizers.
