The Oraon community students of KISS Deemed to be University under the Tribal Advisory Council celebrated the Sarhul festival 2026 on 25th March 2026. It is a festival of nature worship, reflecting the community’s deep respect for the environment and cultural traditions. The celebration included traditional rituals, folk songs and dance performances by the students in traditional attire. Faculty members and students attended the programme and was organized with the aim of promoting cultural awareness and strengthening the unity among Indigenous students.
