The Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) Deemed to be University organized an International Volunteering Programme from 7th to 14th August 2025. Ms. Carmen Ramon Perez, Project Manager, ERASMUS+ Programme, Universidad De Malaga, Spain conducted various volunteering activities with the staff and students of the University.

During her stay, Ms. Perez conducted a session on “From Idea to Impact: Writing Winning ERASMUS+ Proposals”, wherein she talked about the key strategies for writing successful proposals. In another session, she taught Spanish language and talked about the rich cultural heritage of Spain. She concluded the session by talking about various exchange programmes offered under ERASMUS+ Mobility Programme. Ms. Perez was a part of the celebration of International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, and visited UNESCO heritage site (Konark) and local cultural sites. She was also briefed about the India Trek Programme at KIIT and KISS.
