Webinar – ‘Tribal Language and Culture: A Perspective’

To preserve the rich cultural tradition of tribal communities, providing a new lease of life to the dying tribal language and exploring the relationship between language and culture, the Odia Programme, under the School of Language and Literature, KISS Deemed to be University, organized a webinar entitled ‘Tribal Language and Culture: A Perspective’. Padmashri and Sahitya Akademi awardee, Dr. Damayanti Beshra, and Dr. Sabita Pradhan, Professor in Odia, Visva-Bharati, Santiniketan, were the two distinguished speakers of the evening.
