The Startup Odisha Yatra 2.0 commenced its first bootcamp at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences on 2nd September 2022. The objective of the bootcamp was to sensitize the students about the different state startup policies followed by idea generation and an intensive entrepreneurship workshop accompanied by the Idea Pitching Session.
The Startup team was overwhelmed with the response received from the students of KISS Deemed to be University. More than 60 students participated in the bootcamp, and 17 innovators pitched their ideas to the jury panel for the demo day selection.
The enthusiasm and spirit of entrepreneurship in the students project the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Odisha. It was a truly enriching experience for our young budding entrepreneurs. Startup Odisha Yatra is the ideal platform for students to pitch their ideas, learn and prepare for entrepreneurship journey.
