KISS has created history as 12 students of KISS have been placed in Sustainable Outreach and Universal Leadership Limited (SOUL), a firm that advises its clients on strategies for business transformation, focused on sustainability. It strongly believes in serving the society with meaningful and sustainable solutions.
KISS has moved a notch higher, translating education to real-life learnings. In the hindsight, it is not merely a record but years of tireless efforts, dedication and passion of Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Hon’ble Founder KISS & KIIT who envisioned KISS in 1992-93 and moved on to be the world’s only tribal university in 2017. This significant milestone will be etched in the history of KISS with golden letters. Currently, KISS has been focusing on employability opportunities through placements; steering indigenous innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives and skill development activities.
Chandrakanta Bhoi, Sanjib Kumar Bhoi, Sourav Kumar Kumura, Manohar Majhi, Sanjay Kumar Majhi, Jayanti Mallick, Seema Naik, Banita Majhi, Geetanjali Bhoi, Malati Naik, Sunita Kanhar and Sabitri Jani have made their families, communities and KISS proud. Out of these 12 students, 4 are from KIIT School of Social Sciences and 8 from KISS-DU. They are true change-agents who wish to bring a difference in the society.
