On October 13, 2023, the NSS Units of KISS-DU participated in the Meri Maati Mera Desh campaigns by celebrating the Amrit Kalash Yatra.
Honourable Vice-Chancellor of KISS DU Prof. Deepak Kumar Behera, Registrar Dr Prasanta Kumar Routray, all POs, faculty members, and student volunteers attended the event. The volunteers collected soil in the Amrit Kalash, took the Panch Pran Pledge, and worked on the plantation in Amrit Vatika.
