KISS-DU NSS Bureau had organized Poster Competition on the theme ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat’ on 13th August 2022 under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on the topic ‘Say No to Drugs’.
Professor Deepak Kumar Behera, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, KISS-DU briefed on the importance of the theme to the students and also explained the ill effects of drugs. He also encouraged the students to play the role of change agents in the society. Dr. K.C Mahali, Director General and Professor Jugal Mishra Director IQAC motivated the NSS volunteers to collectively work for the development of the society. The Senior Functionaries applauded the efforts of the students and appreciated their work. ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Programme was also celebrated on the same day. The deliberations were followed by Prize Distribution Ceremony.
The programme was coordinated by Saismita Swain, Programme Officer KISS-DU. Dr. Amulya Ratna Nanda, Programme Coordinator, NSS Wing, KISS-DU proposed a Vote of Thanks. The event was graced by Programme Officers and Deans of all the Schools of KISS-DU.
