The Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, inked an MoU with Anchal College, Bargarh, on 14 November 2024. This MoU enables cooperation between the partner institutions with the collective aim of strengthening academic, research collaboration, students’ exchange, and other academic activities.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Professor Deepak Kumar Behera, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor; Dr. Prashanta Kumar Routray, Registrar; Professor Jugal Kishore Mishra, Director IQAC; Professor Lalit Mohan Panda, Principal; and Professor Nabakrishna Mishra, Coordinator IQAC, Anchal College, among others.
Further, on the occasion, a collaboration document between the Department of Education, School of Tribal Heritage and Tribal Indology, KISS-DU, and the Department of Education, Anchal College, Padampur, was also signed to establish academic and research partnerships.
In a noteworthy achievement, Anchal College has received a Major Research Project Grant from ICSSR, New Delhi, in collaboration with KISS Deemed to be University. Both partner institutions will organize a national seminar, with Professor Deepak Kumar Behera as the Chief Guest.
