Dr. Sujata Acharya, Associate Professor, Department of Education and the Dean of School of Tribal Heritage and Tribal Indology, KISS-DU was invited as a Resource Person at a  ’Two-Day National Seminar on  ’Education 4.0- Preparing Learners for Fourth Industrial Revolution’ organized by the Department of Education and Department of Teacher Education, Rajendra University, Balangir, Odisha on 13th and 14th March 2026 and sponsored by PM-USHA.

While chairing the sessions, Dr. Acharya spoke on  ‘Educational Leadership in Cultivating 21st Century Skills to Empower Future- Ready Learners’ wherein she highlighted  learning skills, literacy skills and life skills as the three segments of  21st century skills designed to prepare students for the complexities of modern work and life, focusing on different strategies for cultivating 21st century skills, leadership models supporting 21st century learning, and challenges and opportunities. During the course of her deliberations, she also talked about the best practices being followed at KISS in this regard and it has become a role model for other educational institutions to emulate.
