Shri. Govind S. Gaude, Hon’ble Minister for Art & Culture, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Tribal Welfare, Government of Goa along with his team visited KISS today.
Observing the beauty and uniqueness of KISS, the Minister said, “it is indeed a special experience on part of me in witnessing such a marvelous institute for the first time in my life. It is just incredible to note that this mammoth organization has been established and groomed by an individual namely Dr. Achyuta Samanta, who has done tremendous work in the field of education and humanity. It implies, unless a person have such magnanimity and dedication, it would not be possible to achieve such a rare feat.”
As diamond is recognized and distinguished by its nine traits, therefore a successful human being ought to possess nine qualities such as passion, perseverance, patriotism, diligence, dedication, intelligence, humility, generosity and simplicity,” added the Minister.
Addressing the KISS students, the Minister said, “you are like precious jewels and maintaining discipline has been your hallmark. I visualize the future of the country within you.”
Apart from Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS, Shri R.N. Dash, Secretary of KIIT and KISS; Dr. P.K. Routray; C.E.O, KISS and Dr. P.K. Das, Director, Livelihood, KISS along with senior functionaries of KISS were present on the occasion.
