Smt. Usha Naidu, wife of Shri Venkaiah Naidu, Hon’ble Vice President of India and their daughter Smt. Deepa Venkat Garu, Managing Trustee of Swarna Bharat Trust visited KIIT & KISS and interacted with the students of KISS on 27 September 2017.
They spent more than four hours at KISS, interacting with the children and seeing the facilities, activities of the students and their vocational training.
Swarna Bharat Trust also works at grassroots and similar goals. It works for improving the conditions of living of the rural masses by providing education and health care and thereby enabling them to employ themselves gainfully. It also seeks to bridge the ever increasing gap between rural and urban India and making the rural masses confident and contribute to the development of economy and progress of the nation.
Smt. Deepa Venkat Garu opined that it was a great learning experience for her to foster uplift of the deprived.
