Peer Education is one of the strategies adopted in the life skills education project  at KISS to provide correct, accurate and authentic information among peers in both formal and informal settings. Every year students  are selected and trained to promote life skills education in the campus as well as in their villages during summer vacation. From 2011, peer education strategy has been a successful model  in KISS.

Why peer education?
  • Young people appreciate and are influenced in positive ways by a peer-led intervention
  • Serving as a peer educator provides a challenging, rewarding opportunity to young people to develop their leadership skills
  • It can foster fulfilling relationships between teachers and students
