KISS arts & commerce result

Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) has yet again posted an impressive performance by securing 100 % results in +2 Arts and Commerce Examinations, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, this year.

The results were formally announced by School and Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra here on Saturday.

The overall pass percentages in the state are 68.79 per cent and 74.91 in Arts and Commerce streams respectively, while the KISS achieved cent per cent results in both the streams.

Notably, the tribal school has been achieving this unique feat since last so many years, adding another feather to the academic cap of the KISS.

Like the State, the girls of this institution have outshined the boys in both streams. The highest mark secured by students in both Arts and Commerce streams is 80 per cent.

More than anything else, all the tribe students appeared in +2 Arts and Commerce examinations have passed. Moreover, for the first time, five tribe students each from both Arts and Commerce have passed with first division.

Expressing happiness over the impressive pass record of the KISS students, Dr. Achyuta Samanta, founder of KISS and KIIT, congratulated the students. He attributed the success to the hard work of the students, proper guidance of faculty members, staff and the blessings of God on these children of nature.
