KISS proudly hosted a Distinguished Invited Lecture titled “Beyond the Binary: Feminist Methodology and Re-Imaging of Knowledge Production” on April 29, 2025. Organised by the Centre for Women’s Studies and Project K-Muse, in collaboration with the Schools of Tribal Legal Studies and Tribal Culture, and IQAC, the session featured Prof. Shweta Prasad, Professor of Sociology at BHU, as the keynote speaker.
Prof. Prasad’s lecture explored how feminist methodologies go beyond rigid binaries, offering inclusive and transformative approaches to knowledge production that reflect lived realities and promote equity.
