December 2nd is observed as National Pollution control Day in India. This day is observed in the memory of people who lost their lives in Bhopal gas calamity 1984. Bhopal Gas Tragedy is considered as one of the biggest industrial pollution disasters in the history of industrial disaster in the world. Human activity has polluted the earth and disturbed natural balance. This day focuses on preventing pollution and raising awareness about how could save our nature and environment.
To mark the occasion, the students of KISS-DU have undertaken a remarkable project to transform waste materials into valuable art pieces. They have crafted items such as bookmarks, photo frames, and wall paintings from recycled materials. This creative endeavor not only showcases their artistic talents but also emphasizes a crucial environmental message: “Reuse Waste Materials and Reduce Earth’s Burden.”
By repurposing discarded items, the students highlighted the importance of reducing waste and conserving resources. Each piece of artwork serves as a reminder that small actions, like recycling and reusing, can make a significant impact in protecting our planet.
